A)Machine host 1 piece (1253x1300*including cleaning room 500mm*x2100mm)
Room body is made of A3 cold rolled sheet of 1.2mm thickness.
B)DC electric heating device 1 piece
Heating power is adjustable within 0~5KW, its working condition is gap mode, heating time is settable.

It is made of PVC plate. It has assembly air room and micro holes plate.
E) Powder vibration device 1 set
F) 1st class pulse recycling device 1 set with 2 pieces filters and pulse automatic reverse blowing, which could clean the powder on the filters through the machine operation, and 1 piece air gun in the rear part.

(SY-1) WD-TL-SYZ1 armature powder coating machine is designed to do powder coating in the lab.
I. Workflow
(1) Armature powder coating (electrostatic powder coating)
(a) Assembly the armature to the fixture and put it on the driving coating coupling in the coating chamber.
(b) Press "start", armature begin rotation, powder fluidizing and electrostatic start, powder in fog from fluidizing box is absorbed to the armature.
(c) After coating, electrostatic fluidizing stops, powder removing device stretches out to do the round powder removing.
(d) The production cycle completes after the powder removing process.
(e) Take out the fixture with armature and remove the fixture manually.
(f) Put into the factory already-owned oven for curing.
(2) Stator coating (heating dipping coating)
(a) Stators need to be done pre-drying at first.
(b) Wrap the round stator and internal stator by covering material.
(c) Do the pre-heating of wrapped stators in factory owned oven.
(d) Take out the heating stators by clamp and fast dip it into the powder box (the coating thickness is decided by the coating time and heating temperature.
(e) Take out the stators and remove the covering material for natural cooling.
(f) Put the stators to the factory owned oven for curing.
