The toilet soap product line is made from stainless steel with various capacity, which can produce all kinds of soaps.

I. Brief Instruction:

1. This soap line is used to produce toilet soap with fatty acid content (active content) from 50% to 80%. Material is soap noodle. Capacity is around 1500-2000 kg/hr. The dimension and pattern of the soap can be made by customer's requirements.



2. Distribution boxes are used to control all the motors of machines, and conveyors are used to transport soap materials.



3. Water pump is used to make the water to cool down the vacuum plodder, and vacuum pump is used to vacuumize the soap materials.



4. The parts of mixing agitator and vacuum plodder that touch the soap materials are made of stainless steel 304.
