Design of YM-MYM800D Soft/Hard Embosser

With our patent technology on seamless holographic embossing process, this machine can produce rainbow and other design holographic film without any shim joint.

The precision-engineered construction enables to do both soft or hard embossing processes through exchanging emboss roller. We guarantee a high degree of accuracy at 0.3mm.for the finishing process of point of stamping or transit foil. This can be ensured at the time of purchase.

The Process of Hard Embossing:



The substrate is embossed by passing through a oil heated shim roll and embossing roll. The nickel (Ni) embossed shim is clamped into master roll (as //) and inside master roll rotating heated compliant. The shim is wrapped and clamped around the circumference of the master roll. After embossing the substrate passes through a tension controlled nip roller and then rewound onto a rewind pneumatic shaft. Specially designed heat-exchange systems can increase/decrease temperature in short time.
