So it is widely applied in the production of high speed wire, bar and deformed steel bar etc.

In order to make full use of the advantages of cemented carbide roll rings,you should pay more attention to the following items during the purchasing and using it: 

• Make the correct choice for the grades of cemented carbide used in each finishing mill. 
• Installation of cemented carbide roll rings. 
• Requirement for the colling of roll rings and coolling water during the course of rolling. 
• Determine the reasonal yield. 
• Repair of groove. 
• The range of normal yield is regulated as follows:

1. Stands of pre-finishing rolling mill: 5000-7000tons
2. 1-2 stands of finishing rolling mill: 2000-3000tons
3. 3-4 stands of finishing rolling mill: 2000-3000tons
4. 5-6 stands of finishing rolling mill: 1500-2500tons
5. 7-8 stands of finishing rolling mill: 1500-2500tons
6. 9-10 stans of finishing rolling mill: 1200-2000tons
7. Stans for reducing diameters: 1000-1500tons
