u2022Dilli: the Flat Bed:

-We have 3 options for this machine:

1-UVT1606WS: with white color option, with this machine you can print on any kind of materials (white and none-white) like Glass, wood, stone, marble, ceramic tiles, all kind of metals, acrylic, and the Alu Cladding sheets so the background of the materials will not effect on the design and the artwork u2026 speed is: 9-14sqm/hour.

2-UVT1606VS: with Varnish option, with this machine you have to print on only white background like foam boards, card boards, corrugated sheets, or any white painted materials. And you have the varnish full or spot options on top of the printing for glossy finishing u2026 speed is: 10-15sqm/hour.

3-UVT1604D-WV: which has both above options (Varnish _ White) with higher speed also while its double head machineu2026 speed is: 16-24sqm/hour.

From our experience with our customers the white color option is more general and you can use it for all kind of materials specially that the UV printing technology will allow you to print on any materials and not like the solvent technology which you need only pre-coated or special materials u2026 and the 3rd option is the one which is the fast moving now for us while it has it all u2026



And the customers who are sure of using only white materials will have fun with the varnish option which can give them nice finishing for their products u2026 but not all their end users are requiring that honestly u2026



So bottom line if you are sure that you will use only white and un-clear materials then the varnish optioned machine will be good for you but if you are looking for more general items then you have to consider the white color optioned machine u2026



-Both machines have 6 colors plus either white or Varnish with the total of 8 heads (2 heads for the white or the varnish and single head for the rest of the colors).

-The actual ink cost price for both machines is around 1.80-2.10 USD/Sqm u2026

-The machines has RTR (Roll to Roll) option as standard so you can print all kind of flexible materials with the width of 1.6m with super indoor quality but for outdoor usage as well u2026 so you can get rid of the indoor machine you have  u2026

-The speed of the machine with white color is 9-14sqm / hour. With the varnish will depends on the thickness of the vanish you want because you can do upto .035mm to have the 3D impressions so the speed might drop to 5sqm and max is 14sqm/houru2026

-The consumable parts which are not covered with the warranty are: the heads (Konica Heads 512) similar to the Spectra life time and the price is around 2100USD, the convert belt which the life time for it is 1-2 Years and the price is 700USD and the UV lamps (you have 4 lamps, each is around 700USD and the life time for it is 9-18months).
